- If you lightly brush them, they'll become fluffier!

There might be a slight color variation depending on your screen. Remember our alpaca fur plushies are completely handmade and dyed so there might be slight color variations in their bodies
(as we said before, each llama is unique and has its own personality).
Brush or blow dry to clean and make your plushie fluffy!
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note this does NOT apply to made-to-order items, custom orders and pre-orders). Once shipped you will receive another notification with tracking details; please allow 24 hours for the tracking to reflect transit details.
Note that special holidays result in high volume of packages and subsequent delays may occur.

If your order did not work out, we are happy to assist with an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. We are able to process returns for: 1. exchange, 2. store credit, or 3. refund.
Exchanges and returns are eligible within 7 days from delivery--request must be made within this window. It is important to note that we will honor the date you made contact. With this said, no need to panic if you don’t hear from us within the time frame aforementioned.
