We do our best to ship your items as soon as possible! We usually ship orders within 1 - 3 business day after placing an order.
Remember we are a small business and even though we make sure to ship your items fast, we can't fulfill your products as Amazon Prime.

Every Munai item is a unique artwork made in to a product, handmade with love by artisans so we hope that you love your items upon arrival. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with it's original packaging. Please include your order number for your return to be processed. Keep in mind we do not offer free shipping on returns.
- Once your return is processed and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for this request to be processed.

- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
