Standard Flat rate shipping on items less than 1lb are at a flat rate of $5.50 and shipped by USPS First Class Mail Package ®

Priority Mail will be automatically calculated at checkout starting at $12.00

Priority Express orders start at $39.00

We do our best to ship your items as soon as possible! We usually ship orders within 1 - 3 business day after placing an order.

Remember we are a small business and even though we make sure to ship your items fast, we can't fulfill your products as Amazon Prime.

Expect them within 3-10 days after placing an order. (This varies with shipping upgrades).

We do not offer deliveries at this time, however you can pick up from our local pop up every weekend at Aventura Mall! 

Every Munai item is a unique artwork made in to a product, handmade with love by artisans so we hope that you love your items upon arrival. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase. 

• To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with it's original packaging. Please include your order number for your return to be processed. Keep in mind we do not offer free shipping on returns. 
• Once your return is processed and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for this request to be processed.

Most of our products come from La Paz, Bolivia. As we evolve we are starting to incorporate items handmade in Peru, Brazil and Turkey. Our main mission is to keep traditional techniques alive and connect them with conscious consumers who appreciate the beauty of handmade and slow-made creations.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Some items (e.g., sale items, personalized products) may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our return policy for full details.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@shopmunai.com or sales@shopmunai.com. with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.Please note: We must receive and inspect the original item at our office before we can ship out your replacement.Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will process and ship your exchanged item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once the exchange is approved.
