Refund policy

Please beware that our products are mostly handmade and will not be exactly the same as the pictures online. While we make our best efforts in quality control there might be a slight variation between each of our hand weaved items. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@munaibolivia.com or sales@munaibolivia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY SORT OF SALES, DISCOUNT COUPONS, CUSTOMIZED, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS or gift cards.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Some items (e.g., sale items, personalized products) may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our return policy for full details.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@shopmunai.com or sales@shopmunai.com. with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.Please note: We must receive and inspect the original item at our office before we can ship out your replacement.Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will process and ship your exchanged item.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once the exchange is approved.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@munaibolivia.com or sales@munaibolivia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please allow up to 10 business days for final resolutions.
