Every Munai piece is handmade, so small variations from the photos are part of its charm.
Returns and exchanges
- Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@shopmunai.com with your order number.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging.
- Once your request is approved, we'll send instructions. Please ship the item back within 7 days of approval, or a 10% restock fee applies.

Returns: a $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are free. We ship your replacement once the original arrives and passes inspection.
- Items sent back without an approved request can't be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Final sale
The following can't be returned or exchanged: custom, made-to-order and pre-order pieces; sale and discounted items, including orders placed with a discount code; international orders; gift cards.
Damaged or wrong items
Email sales@shopmunai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
